No Refunds
All completed services are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law. If you believe there is an issue with completed work, you must notify us within forty-eight (48) hours of service completion so we may review the concern.
Subscription and Recurring Services
Certain lawn maintenance plans or recurring service agreements may automatically renew on a weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, seasonal, or recurring basis. By enrolling in recurring services, you authorize us to charge your payment method on an ongoing basis until canceled.
Recurring services may continue until canceled by either party. Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next scheduled billing or service date.
User Responsibilities
You agree to maintain safe property conditions and disclose any hazards, irrigation systems, hidden objects, pet waste, underground utilities, dangerous conditions, or other issues that may interfere with service performance.
The Company shall not be responsible for damage resulting from undisclosed hazards, improperly marked property features, hidden obstacles, pre-existing conditions, or unsafe environments.
SMS, Calls, and Electronic Communications
By submitting your contact information through the Website or requesting services, you consent to receive calls, emails, text messages, prerecorded messages, and automated communications from Lawn Care Pine Island regarding appointments, reminders, promotions, estimates, and related services.
